3D Printer Nozzle
A 3D printer's nozzle is the last thing on the hot end that filament passes through before it is deposited into your printed part. Over the years, it has evolved from simple brass with a single cavity to various material coatings lengths and internal geometries.
3D printer nozzles in brass (copper), stainless steel, and hardened steel materials. Except for the standard MK8 V6 extruder nozzles, we also provide nozzles for E3D V5 V6 hot ends, Volcano hot ends, high flow CHT nozzles, and SuperVolcano nozzles with 50mm length.
Nozzle Temperature for PLA, TPU, ABS, PETG, and Nylon
Different 3D printing filaments need different nozzle temperatures to melt. For example, the ideal range of nozzle temperature for PLA or PLA+ filament can be between 180℃ and 220℃ and varies slightly for different brands or manufacturers.
Here is the nozzle temperature for various 3D print materials.
